DynaDouche is warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

 

If a DynaDouche product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, theft or the natural breakdown of finish and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

 

For warranty evaluation your product must be returned directly to Couvier Limited, Portland, OR..  All shipping  must be pre-paid and insured. Couvier Limited cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.  Any product accepted and sent for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

 

This warranty is available in the United States, Canada, and the EU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from location to location.
